Terms of use

When you commission me you're automatically agreeing with these terms of use.

Términos de uso (TOS)

Terms of use (TOS)

1. When requesting the commission you must tell me the approximate duration of the song. Unless you want to give me total creative freedom, I would recommend that you give me the style and/or some example songs as a guide. Payment will be made through Paypal just before sending you the finished song.2. The final price of the song will be calculated by taking the price / length rate specified in the price table. The price will be calculated from the exact duration, but the decimals will be truncated. If I exceed the duration you specify, that time will not be included in the price.3. I promise to send previews of the song if you ask me to, so that you can see my progress.4. Songs will not loop seamlessly unless specified.5. After the delivery of the song, you will have 2 weeks to request small changes and / or corrections.6. You must give me credit as the composer of the song on the page you use to stream (Twitch, Youtube ...) in case it's for streams, or in the credits of your game, in case it's for videogame. Credit on Twitter is not required, but is appreciated. If the song is for streams and if possible, also include a link to my Twitter.7.If you don't finish paying the commission for whatever reason, I'll have the rights to publish the song for anyone who wants to use it to make up the money.8. I write songs as a hobby in my spare time, so delivery times may vary. You can easily ask about the remaining time, but be patient, please.9. IT IS NOT PERMITTED to resell any of my songs as yours. Other than that, you can do whatever you want with them.
